Shipping details explain our shipping policy which are as mentioned below.
Domestic orders are routed through TCS, Leopards, Call Courier and many other courier services. All our domestic customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order is completed and dispatched.
International orders are routed through FedEx, DHL Express and UPS. All our international customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order is completed and dispatched.
The estimated shipping time for all our products;
North America: 3 to 7 Business Days
Europe: 3 to 5 Business Days
Middle East: 2 to 3 Business Days
Rest of the World: 3 to 10 Business Days
All estimated shipping times stated above are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons and festivals. Also note that customs in some countries do take a longer time to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
International customers shall also receive a sales invoice and notification of shipment via email. The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.
Please note, It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid any delay in the delivery of your order. All packages that are refused and unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address, will not be our responsibility. It is your responsibility to contact with your nearest service center for the delivery of your package.
